24oz of frozen chopped spinach
Thawed and drained
4 cups of herb seasoned stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
6 beaten eggs
1/4 cup of minced onion
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (or an extra shake or two)
1 tsp. of garlic
1/2 tsp. of thyme
1 tsp. of pepper
2/3 cup of melted butter
then stir it all together
Roll into balls adding more stuffing if too soggy
Place on cookie sheet and bake
350 for 15-20 mins.
EAT!
How did they taste? Could you substitute fresh spinach?

ReplyDeleteThese look delicious! We make something very similar called Meat Pasties, which have sausage in them. So good...
